Account & Billing
Go to Settings > Billing and select 'Pause Subscription'. Your data will be preserved for 90 days. You will not be billed while paused.
Invoices are emailed to the account owner monthly. You can also download past PDF invoices from the Billing section of your dashboard.
Yes, annual plans include 2 months free (you pay for 10 months, get 12). You can switch to annual billing at any time from the Plans page.
